Refund policy
We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Every order undergoes thorough quality inspection before dispatch. As a result, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund request, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully inspected.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed shipping package before opening.
- The shipping label with the order details visible.
- The complete unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
- The product and any defect, damage, or missing item.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Your request must include:
- Order number
- Continuous unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear photos of the issue (if requested)
After verification, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the product, or
- Issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size, style, or color selected by the customer.
- Personal preference after delivery.
- Minor variations in color due to screen settings.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or improper storage.
- Products that have been worn, used, altered, or washed.
- Products returned without their original packaging, tags, accessories, or documentation.
- Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted without the mandatory unboxing video.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved after verification, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund request that is found to be fraudulent, incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent with our policy. Repeated abuse of our return policy may result in future orders being declined.

To initiate an eligible claim, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and all required evidence. Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be processed.
